Expert tasting note: "Deep, dark, virtually opaque black-purple color holds well to a vivid purple rim. Rich, juicy plum & mulberry fruit aromas make up the nose. The palate is of mid-weight with fresh, lively, juicy dark-fruit. Fine tannins are grainy & gripping & dry out the mid-palate. Alcohol adds a little roundness.
