"Expert tasting note: (2022 vintage) "The wine has a vibrant pale to medium yellow color. The nose is exceptionally intense & vivid with honeysuckle, honey, pineapple, citrus & vanilla oak aromas. The palate is intense & very sweet with a clean sweetness, floral notes such as honeysuckle, then honey & vanilla with hints of ginger. The wine is full-bodied with a syrupy texture and warming alcohol. The sweetness is quite toned down on the finish, ending fresh rather than cloying." - 04/23 DCAMW
